Bring Back British Rail

Hello from the Bring Back British Rail campaign!

We're gearing for another busy summer fighting for justice on our rip-off railways.
Below are a number of simple ways that you can help! Please do take the time for one or more of these small actions, and stay tuned for further updates later in the summer...

Rip-off Rail Fares? Have Your Say!

Do not miss this opportunity to let the government know what you think of the rip-off rail fares in this country! There are now less than two weeks left to respond to the Department for Transport's Rail Fares & Ticketing Review - their first ever public consultation on train fare pricing. The deadline is Thursday 28 June 2012.

You can feed back directly via the DfT's website or by using the simple form on the Campaign for Better Transport's Fair Fares Now website:

Sign the Petition!

We're now into the last two months of the current e-Petition to re-nationalise our country's railways, which closes on Saturday 4 August 2012. This petition was started by one pissed-off passenger on the day the e-Petitions service reopened on the No.10 website last year. Bring Back British Rail is putting its full weight behind it to try to collect as many signatures as possible before the deadline.

Please show your support by adding your signature TODAY and sharing this simple link with all your friends and colleagues:

Get Stickering!

In the run-up to the close of the Rail Fares & Ticketing Review and the e-Petition, we're distributing as many stickers as possible to all corners of the country.

If you want to get hold of some to help us stick around, please follow these simple instructions: email your name / full postal address to Put 'Stickers' in the subject line and remember to say how many you'd like to help us stick (they come in sheets of 40).

If you've already ordered some stickers this month, thank you! Please be patient, they will be arriving with you very soon.
