Let's Keep the Pressure up for Public Ownership!
Help us keep the pressure up! Following the success of our Public Ownership For Railways Protests on 5 January, which saw grassroots campaigners outside more than 55 stations across the country, Bring Back British Rail is now fundraising to pay the costs of materials / leaflets for two more nationwide Days of Action before the General Election on 7 May (see full details below).
Many of the organisations we normally work with cannot fund protests in the run-up to the General Election because of the new draconian 'gagging law'. That's why we need to do this from the ground up, by collecting small donations from Bring Back British Rail supporters all around the country.
Our goal is £2,000. Please help us by donating today!
1ST DAY OF ACTION: FRIDAY 27 FEBRUARY 2015
Next week! There are protests at stations all over the country to coincide with the 2nd Reading in the House of Commons of Caroline Lucas's Railways Bill for a publicly owned railway that puts people before profit.

Don't be Fooled by Franchises! These protests promise to be even bigger and will mark 21 years since the enactment of the Railways Act (1993) on April Fools' Day 1994 (we kid you not!), which began this disastrous privatisation.
