Cynthia Roushorn, Wigginton. YorkLet us go back to the times when booking a train ticket was not a lottery and you knew in advance exactly how much you would be paying and there was good service.
Scott Adair, GlasgowAll public transport and the Royal Mail should be publicly owned and never sold.
Charlotte Fregona, HarpendenTime to get value for the daily commute. That’s the way to go.
John Gregory, Newcastle-upon-TyneWe should not allow our important infrastructure to be at the mercy of commerce.
Joan Harrison, St AlbansI look forward to being able to travel anywhere with one company, without lining the shareholders’ pockets.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
