Paul Adkins, FleetRailways are an essential service and should be run as a not-for-profit organisation with prices set by the government.
Angela Taylor, YorkWhy are we subsidising the fat cat tax avoiders to run our railways? Are we mad or what?
Vivien Vibert, TrinityThe coronavirus has laid bare the fallacy, long-seen by many, of having essential services such as rail in private hands, with profits going into those private hands.
Kate Prendergast, LondonRailways should be a service for the nation. All profits should be for running costs, maintenance and development.
Francis Heyes, NewarkDavid Cameron was at Bedford station before he was P.M. I asked him if he would re-nationalise the railways and he categorically said no and signed my book the same.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
