It seems the companies running the railways right now think they can get away with anything and not be held accountable.
I can’t see it happening, but who knows if we can keep up some pressure on the government.
Tax payers paid for British Rail and they have a say in what to do with BR, not money grabbing MPs.
We should go back to a nationalised system, especially in light of the failure of privatisation and the success and popularity of East Coast.
The rail system is the backbone of any country. We need a rail system that serves our country, not exploits it!

Privatizing has buggered up the electricity industry, the gas industry, the water industry and the waste disposal industry too. Some things should be considered a service and run to provide just that at an economic cost not a way of milking the end users.
