Mark Leech, MossleyI use the Northern Rail Huddersfield to Manchester Victoria line. It has an appalling punctuality record, and customer service leaves me frustrated.
Ian Johnstone, GranthamThe only one that makes a real profit is the East Coast line that is publicly owned, a prime example of how it can work.

Great to see Liverpool City Region Combined Authority agree plans to take Merseyrail back into public ownership when the Serco/Transport UK contract ends in 2028 👏🚆 But there's still a big loophole in the #RailwaysBill meaning a future Mayor could easily re-privatise it 🤦♂️
