Richard Procter, IpswichThe sooner the better, Trains in East Anglia are old, dirty and expensive.
Sue Smith, CullomptonThe railways, water, gas, electricity and every other public service that has been privatised should be brought back.
Carl WillsTime has not treated the lies cast against British Rail kindly. Privatisation was a folly to rival Brexit, brought to us by liars and cheats only interested in themselves.
Kevin Sparrow, ChepstowI remember when it was all good – a single unified organisation that my family took a pride in. My uncle was a train driver.
Matt Day, SussexAlways late, no seats, ludicrously expensive and all about profit.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
