The current situation is appalling. When I was a youngster I wouldn’t hesitate to get the train to London, but I need an extension on the mortgage to go now.

Richard Carnill, WorthingFares have become too expensive. The railways should work for the benefit of the community, not to reward shareholders. Customer service at the moment is non-existent.
