Stephen Bowles, NormantonPassengers are being ripped off. If Richard Branson wants to play trains he should buy himself a train set.
Brenda Towers, DurhamIt is time for the railways to return to public ownership. It is time that they were run for the good of the nation, and not the wealthy.
Paul Mowat, LondonPrivatisation has not worked and re-nationalisation is the only sensible option.
Dot Walker, MaldonThe rail network does not work under privatisation and needs to be taken back into our hands, run for commuters not profiteers.
Nigel Groom, DerbyThe rail network is in a mess and I fully support this. I would put all utility services back in public hands and reverse the proposed plans to sell off Royal Mail.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
