I work on the railways, just as I did under British Rail. It was a terrible day when Mr Major swung his privatisation axe and the scars are still there for all to see.

  • It’s costing the British taxpayer more in subsidies to the train companies than we paid for British Rail. The taxpayer’s money should not be paid out in profits to them.
