Sharon Reid, North BerwickTotally useless.
Nicholas Stewart, ClydebankI’m tired of paying a fortune for 20 minute journeys in trains packed like sardine cans. The railways need government investment.
Su Bradley, FolkestoneFares need reducing and additional carriages added during busy periods. Passengers having to pay for the privilege of standing for the entire journey is simply wrong.
Jan Ashworth, Stoke PogesI am fed up with the cost of travel and the constant excuses for late trains and cancellations. BR needs to come back.
Stan Smith, NottinghamIt should never have been privatised. Public utilities should be just that: of use to the public, not to hedge funds.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
