James Brown, LlangollenI would favour a re-nationalised rail network that allows easy connections between regions and puts people before profits.
Peter Brewster, St NeotsHaving effectively stolen my share in this national company, the government sold it off to people with enough money to spare, so where is my share? We want it back.
Michael McClean, HamburgAs a proud Brit on the continent, the state and price of UK trains is appalling. Profit for a few and misery for us. No competition and no incentive to improve or reduce prices.
Maya Ring, SomptingThe rail network is a mess. Bring it back to the public. Privatisation has not worked.
Nick Gregory, DeesideWe live in a beautiful country and I want to share it with my kids, but the cost of rail travel is obscene and prohibitive. Let us have our railways back.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.

📣 Heidi Alexander for Swindon South, we need an immediate moratorium on open access applications! 🚆 When East Coast was in public ownership from 2009-2015, it returned £1bn in profits to the taxpayer 💷 Now publicly-owned London North Eastern Railway requires millions in subsidy because FirstGroup is sucking all the profit out of the line with its open access operator, Lumo 💸 @top fans ...
