Patric Monney, BirminghamEnd this national disgrace of this decimated transport system and put it back in public ownership and people that give a damn about it.
Oliver BullAll UK railways should be publicly owned instead of giving companies (many of which of foreign) our money.
Chris Kellett, SheffieldThe railways were built for the public to use. We should be the ones to make the decisions etc.
Patricia Gray, BarnsleyIt should simply be re-nationalised now.
Stephen Carpenter, LondonI’m sick and tired of having our state infrastructure (that belongs to all) sold off to the few. We need service not profit and greed.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
