David Leonard, YorkEast Coast is a perfect example of state-owned railway company. Excellent service.
Franklin Percival, ShrewsburyWhat is stolen from the people will be reclaimed by the people.
Georgie Stagg, LondonI remember the days of British Rail and want them back. I am sick of private companies raking in loads for doing nothing. £1800 a year and I don’t get a seat. Enough.
Marina Matosic, BoltonPassengers crammed in between Bolton and Manchester is inhumane. They promise longer trains but it never happens. Another year of hell and profits soaring for Trans Pennine
Waqas Sheikh, LeicesterThey need to lower the fares.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
