Let’s get back to a joined up railway please.
Darren Rafferty, SheffieldPrivatisation hasn’t worked and the debt is even bigger than British Rail ever had.
John Spokes, LutonEast Coast trains have shown the way. It’s no good saying if it was privatised it would do better. It was tried twice and failed twice. Let’s bring all the network back.
Roger WilliamsI’m fed up of paying full price for low quality service and double standards regarding blocking aisles.
Stan Fay, LondonIt only makes sense, operate like DB and see success like East Coast and London Overground, bringing in huge sums if money.
Gemma Brown, BristolAs a daily commuter, most of the time I’m crushed on entrance. I wouldn’t mind if it was cheap, but it’s not. It’s fast becoming a rich boy’s means of travel..

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
