Sharon Davis Green, USAI rode British Rail for years visiting the UK. It was wonderful. This is a travesty and you should be ashamed.
William Nealon, RugbyI don’t understand that when Network Rail do repair work, they have to compensate private train operating companies. If it was state owned, think of the saving.
David Atkins, WisbechBring back British Rail but as part of a socialist economy where all public services are democratically owned by the people.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
