Daniel Stapley, FolkestoneThey should never have been split up in the first place. A national, essential service that has gone to the wall.
Richard Campbell, HuntingdonIt seems that over the years the whole country has been flogged off to private business, and look at the mess we are in. It’s time to put an end to this rip-off now.
Jean Smith, BrentwoodReduce road traffic and fumes. Re-nationalise the rail industry and make trains affordable and efficient.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
