Bring back British Rail.
Kevin Flanagan, CambridgePrivatisation is a nightmare. It’s time to re-start some public services. Don’t let this happen to the NHS.
Deb Long, LeedsMedia deception promoted a negative image of all nationalised services. Just like this government is trying to do with NHS now.
Joan Slater, KempstonWe in Bedford have changed the wretched franchise and who knows who is pretending to run it.
Colin Wane, BarnsleyPrivatisation hasn’t worked for many franchisees and definitely hasn’t worked for the passenger. Bring back BR. DB was 100% cheap and punctual when I worked in Germany.
Luke Norris, BrightonTake it away from profiteers who cherry-pick services and disregard less popular routes and vital investment.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
