Privatisation of the rail system is a disaster, with extortionate and variable rates for the same journey, multiple ownership of the track and rolling stock and unreliable.

Privatisation is a scandal as it steals from us what is ours and gives to a few greedy rich for their profit at our expense. It takes money from our pockets to give to them.
The railways should be run for the benefit of passengers and not shareholders.
It’s the only private rail system in Europe.

The buses and trains need to be put back in public hands we at the moment subsidies them ever since the Tories sold them of so how can you tell me that they are private companys

Privatizing has buggered up the electricity industry, the gas industry, the water industry and the waste disposal industry too. Some things should be considered a service and run to provide just that at an economic cost not a way of milking the end users.
