I fully support your campaign to stop wasting huge amounts of money on supporting the privatised farce of a railway.
We have been left with a debt-ridden sham of a railway network, with ludicrously inflated fares, which get us nothing but the poorest services.
Bringing back British Rail is the sensible thing to do. Unfortunately this government does not do sensible.
Just like the buses, the train system with its numerous operators is too complicated and far too expensive. I remember how well it all used to work as an integrated unit.
Bring back British Rail. Much more reliable.

Privatizing has buggered up the electricity industry, the gas industry, the water industry and the waste disposal industry too. Some things should be considered a service and run to provide just that at an economic cost not a way of milking the end users.
Has the government's decarbonisation policy hit fever point?
but as it doesn't affect them, they don't care
