Roy Spearman, RedhillThe old British railway was not as bad as the governments of that time make out. They lied. Make them look like railway people by bringing the old uniforms back..
Ieuan Berry, NewportBring back British Rail.
Russell Miller, West WickhamWe own most of the road network so it’s time to own the rail network.
Adam Dunning, ChesterfieldI agree. The rail network should exist to serve the people who use it, not the shareholders.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
