We deserve the best railway in the world.
S Grygielewicz, ColchesterWe need an end to these greedy companies that put profit before people.
Toby Morrison, LondonI feel that there is too much focus on profits and not customer service. Higher fares don’t seem to mean a better service. Bring back national rail.
Paul Lenihan, LondonThe system as it is now is a bloody mess and one big massive rip-off.
Robert Montague, Langley MillMajor gave our railways away, so how about having it given back to us on the same basis. In fact the people of Britain did not consent in the first place.
Steve Clarke, Milton KeynesProfits would be better used on more trains, services and tracks alongside current lines. No to HS2.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
