First of all I’m really sick and tired of this privatisation as it is all about making profit, cramming in as many seats as possible and foreign-made trains.
Now I’m retired I want to spend my free time travelling round the country but even with my railcard some fares are ridiculously expensive.
A no-brainer to stop the passenger rip-offs for shareholders’ profits.
We must continue to fight the fight for what’s fair and bring back British Rail!
Railways are a vital part of a country’s infrastructure. The state-run East Coast service has been highly successful. The railways should be run for the people.

but as it doesn't affect them, they don't care
Has the government's decarbonisation policy hit fever point?
Privatizing has buggered up the electricity industry, the gas industry, the water industry and the waste disposal industry too. Some things should be considered a service and run to provide just that at an economic cost not a way of milking the end users.
