Mary Andrews, PortsmouthTo travel by rail is too expensive. Some corporation is getting richer off the backs of people who need to travel by rail. It has got to stop and the railways given back.
Alistair McKenzie, LutonHigh prices, high profits, high bonuses. Where is the public service in that?
J Spikings, LondonI’m tired of a rubbish and expensive service run mainly by non-British owned companies fleecing the public for profit.
Joanna Greaves, ManchesterPrivatisation of national assets was never going to work. It’s such a shame that the failure has cost us so much money.
Peter Turnbull, Turners HillAs it now costs more taxpayers’ money (in real terms) with privatisation, it will be cheaper to re-nationalise (and much better.)

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
