Deutsche Bahn is the benchmark and should be aspired to.
Karan Capon-Richards, RochesterThe whole train service is overpriced and useless. I’m really glad I don’t need to use the trains every day but others need to get to and from work without all this disruption.
Paul Medley, LondonIt makes me sick that taxpayer’s money is spent on rail upgrades, via Network Rail, whilst these private train companies are making huge profits.
Robert ShipleyThe railways need to be a public service.
David Hill, CreweIt’s criminal what happened and continues to happen to the railway.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
