The whole point of privatisation is to create competition, making it a completely inappropriate solution for trains where there’s no choice when travelling from A to B..

Privatised rail is a costly failure. Publicly-owned East Coast shows it can be done better. End franchising and bring rail back into public hands.
The cost of my daily commute into London is now £5,000 per year before Underground costs. The service is overcrowded and late on most days. It’s not good enough.
I want a cheaper and more reliable service. Bring British Rail back!

The buses and trains need to be put back in public hands we at the moment subsidies them ever since the Tories sold them of so how can you tell me that they are private companys

Privatizing has buggered up the electricity industry, the gas industry, the water industry and the waste disposal industry too. Some things should be considered a service and run to provide just that at an economic cost not a way of milking the end users.
