Craig Alexander, AshwellMy train is late 96% of the time in the last 2 years. East Midlands Trains well aware but ignores the issue while taking the full fare – the definition of profit before service.
Allen Teare, Bishop AucklandReturn railways into public hands, so that profits can be returned to the railways to improve services rather than the money going to shareholders.
Judith Lee, CleckheatonThe only way is for the network to be public.
George Moran, Princes RisboroughBring it back.
Thomas Barlow, ManchesterOur trains seriously lag behind the nationalised systems of France, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, all of whom also have much cheaper fares.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
