It’s impossible to get a seat on the train in the morning to work and they’re overpriced and dirty..
South West trains are rubbish. I’m sure a lot more could be done if no profit was taken, like electrification of the London Waterloo –> Exeter St David’s route.

Privatizing has buggered up the electricity industry, the gas industry, the water industry and the waste disposal industry too. Some things should be considered a service and run to provide just that at an economic cost not a way of milking the end users.
