This should be affordable for everyone and not just the rich.
Keith Barrow, HuddersfieldTransport should let people get from A to B as cheaply as possible, not for profit. One fare for each journey, not having to find the cheapest available.
Liam Callaghan, SheffieldPublic transport should not be privately owned.
Rick Hardy, DorchesterWe really must get the entire network back under one publicly-owned organisation and remove the complicated and wasteful competition.
Natasha Pickering, StranraerThey should never have been privatised in first place. The state of trains now is shocking and prices are ridiculous.
Philip Kane, LondonNeeds to be done sooner rather than later. Most expensive public transport in Europe.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
