They should never have been privatised. Public transport should be a public service, for the benefit of the passengers, not for the subsidised profit of a few shareholders.

Clem Rich, IpswichTrain was cancelled outright 3 times in last 2 weeks without bus/additional services added. This is not counting the number of delays.

Mark Leech, MossleyI use the Northern Rail Huddersfield to Manchester Victoria line. It has an appalling punctuality record, and customer service leaves me frustrated.
