Stephen Crawley, ManchesterWe need to stop the waste and the vast amounts of money going outside the rail industry and bring back sensible regulated fares for passengers.
Martin DawsonBest wishes in your campaign. I saw a sticker on a sign next to a railway track while train spotting with a friend.
Gaynor Underhill, WantageYou know it makes sense. We need a national rail service owned by the people.
Neil Sculley, WatfordDo it now.
Paul Goulden, DewsburyThe current rail structure seems to be a lesson in financial obscurity with little incentive to innovate or develop services in response to increased demand.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
