Wayne Fitzpatrick, RamsgateI’m 100% behind Bring back British Rail.
John Linge, DoverBR has got to be better!
Lynda Haydney, St Leonards on SeaBring back BR. We overpay for a terrible service. Privatisation should never have happened.
Tony Hagon, WickUnder this regime there isn’t any real competition. Let the train companies have to maintain their own permanent way etc. Profits?
Joan Wyatt, LeedsWe should be able to afford to travel by train. Railways should belong to us. Any money they make should be invested in their running, not given as dividends.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
