JamesAt my local station there are no staff after 11am. The platforms are ill-maintained, railings missing and graffiti and litter everywhere.
Faisal Hamza, YorkThe whole point of privatisation is competition. There cannot be competition in a sector which cannot duplicate its infrastructure. It causes dreadful service and prices.
