Trains for transport not profit.
Caitlin Burns, Leamington SpaThe train service should be more integrated and more affordable, if they want people to use public transport.
Angela Brown, Haywards HeathHave one railway company, British Rail, for the safety and ease of travel that we should be able to expect.
Julia Gavriel, CanterburyProfit-driven companies do not prioritise the needs of the country.
Andy Boyd, EdinburghTake a utility out of profiteers’ hands for the benefit of the people.
Paul Hathaway, BirminghamI’d be interested to see how many politicians have a vested interest in the private rail companies. Time to take it back from the thieves.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
