We must get people to join together for this extremely worthy cause.
Ian Kendall, LedburyIt worked well before and you could travel by different routes without hassle. An efficiently-run BR would knock what we have now into a cocked hat.
Darren Briggs, YorkShould be LNER / GWR / LMS / Southern owned by the people.
Patrick Hanmer, NottinghamTravelling on Continental railways frequently, I am ashamed of the complexity of our ticketing systems here; they’re nonsense and exploitative.
Leslie Plumb, LeedsLet’s get back to a joined up railway please.
Robin Kinrade, MaidstoneThe hotchpotch of private companies and railway track providers etc. is just not working efficiently and travellers are being milked more and more. Public ownership is best.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
