Helen Amphlett, TewkesburyCompletely overpriced for the service and comfort of the trains. Always my last resort.
Owen HockeyJust look at the East Coast line, publicly run and puts money into the Treasury. The West Coast line, privately run, takes money out of the Treasury.
Paul Bathgate, LondonEast Coast has proved the madness that is privatisation. It has made an operating profit and hasn’t needed any subsidy.
Gail Bishop, CaterhamPrivatisation – lining shareholder’s pockets since 1995.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
