Just bring it back.

Callum Littlewood, HuddersfieldWhy not?
Bob Balfour, LeedsTime to run a railway that’s about the people who use it and not an ideological experiment that has failed. For a British Rail that meets the needs of people the time has come.
Mark Bitel, EdinburghPrivatisation has only benefited shareholders, not customers. Please end privatisation now. Railways are a public service and should be in public ownership.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
