David Massie, AberdeenFingers crossed.
Ian Malcolm-Walker, PooleWe need a single publicly owned railway not only on its own merit but to end the use of fossil fuels both directly and in electricity generation for our trains.
David SterrattAs well as the high fares and fragmented network, it is the sheer inefficiency and cost of privatisation that annoys me.
Lee Salter, CroydonBring back British Rail. It should be run for the people, not for private profit.

Bring Back British Rail is coordinated from Glasgow by Ellie Harrison, with the help of a small network of volunteers around the UK.
The campaign operates as a ‘non-charitable campaigning body’ and so is free to carry out political activity and act as a pressure group.
It aims to be a completely autonomous and transparent passenger-led organisation, which has no direct affiliation with any political parties.
