Great to see Liverpool City Region Combined Authority agree plans to take Merseyrail back into public ownership when the Serco/Transport UK contract ends in 2028 ๐๐ But there's still a big loophole in the #RailwaysBill meaning a future Mayor could easily re-privatise it ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
